Missing shear wall at back to back closet north side of home. 4'. Add blocking where plywood perimeter meets. Missing truss bracing throughout on trusses A02 and A02M. Provide CS16 straps from beams to studs at back patio and back exterior walls on both ends to tie in together. Add cross bracing per plan. Revise plans prior to final inspection on back room closet and water heater room. 10/29/2024 |
