9/21/26: add anchor bolts within 12" at the ends of each plate and space at 6' intervals. An anchor bolt is required within 12" of a splice on both sides, shot pins are required within 6" at each end of a sill plate. 2 shot pins are required per plate and shot pins shall be placed at 32" o.c. Maximum. Add nails to exterior sheathing at 6" o.c. Along edges/splices and 12" in the field, replace drywall screws at above framing Simpson hangers, add h25 clips at load bearing points, sister damage 2x4 stud at south wall. |
