7/21/26: nail plates required throughout at any plumbing/mechanical/electrical that come within 1 1/4" from face of stud, properly secure NM cable 12" from box, NM cable must be replaced at kitchen island, gas piping at island must have conduit terminate no less than 2" above finish floor, R-8 flex required throughout for ductwork, dryer vent missing at time of inspection, smoke detector must be 3' from bathroom and supply/return air, proper support DWV in wall and Pex piping in wall, proper nail plates for DWV required throughout, drain pan required at air handler in attic, clear floor space required for attic access, seal all penetrations going through top plate and exterior wall. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED.Gas pressure test and underground plumbing have been approved on permit (TC-RES-0524-02778) |
