Scope of work has been expanded for powder room connected to tv room, butler pantry and pool bathroom. Scope consists of electrical, framing and plumbing. Additionally, butler pantry DWV was not under test, secure DWV throughout, fire foam required at top plate penetrations throughout, properly secure AWG wires, blocking required at 4-gang boxes, insulation required on hot pex lines 3/4", Boca plates required at sill DWV as are nail guards where electrical, plumbing are closer than 1 1/4" from edge of studs.
Note: RFI shall supply detailed information-submit to the city for review/approval. We cannot proceed with the covering of any walls until plans are approved.
