Provide record history of all inspections prior to intermediate. Laundry room area stand pipe has to be a minimum of 18". Plans call for 2" line. S trap has been created. Missing exhaust fans. Add nail plates to all lines that are less than an 1 1/4" from the face of the studs. Fire foam all top penetrations. Secure electrical lines from boxes. Missing smoke detectors throughout.
