Provide record history of all inspections prior to intermediate. Laundry room area stand pipe has to be a minimum of 18". Plans call for 2" line. S trap has been created. Missing exhaust fans. Add nail plates to all lines that are less than an 1 1/4" from the face of the studs. Fire foam all top penetrations. Secure electrical lines from boxes. Missing smoke detectors throughout. 6/9/26: 2-circuits required at kitchen, AFCI circuits required throughout, receptacle spacing not per approved throughout, dryer duct must be 4" smooth material, revision required for HVAC plan, water heater disconnect box mounted to high ( please provide ladder and install lockable shackle at breaker), insulate water lines on exterior of home and protect insulation, refrigeration lines must be properly protected, condensate drain at mini split must be proper terminated, water heater pressure relief valve must be properly terminated with approved piping, panel schedule required. Letter from contractor required prior to final stating that all work performed meets of exceeds 2018 IRC. This should include (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, framing, structural) |
