8/18/26: NM Cable shall be secured within 12" of box (throughout), receptacle spacing shall be no more than 6' from openings and not more than 12' thereafter, all metallic boxes shall be grounded, all penetrations through top plate and vapor barrier shall be sealed, nail plates required where electrical lines and plumbing lines come within 1 1/4" from face of studs, plumbing lines lines require 4x8" nail plates at top and bottom plates, DWV must be properly supported (2" abs require strap mid way vertical lines), gas piping must be properly supported at drop over by entry, framing changes shall be submitted to the city for revision, ensure main panel will have proper working clearances, shower lines will be tested at a later date. |
