8-25-25: nailing at exterior sheathing not per plan-check spacing;plans call for 6" o.c. Along edges/joints and 12" o.c. In the field. Nailing can be no closer than 3/8" from edges and nails cannot overpenetrated more than 1/16". Add anchor bolts together with shot pins at marked locations and sill plates must be pressure treated. Add Simpson BC6 & Simpson ABA66 at all interior 3 posts to beams. |
