Correct the electrical jacket to the awg wires at kitchen east wall and at laundry room- jacket must extend 1/4" in the electrical box, DWV must be under test, secure pex and DWV with straps or clamps, add Boca plates at top plates to protect plumbing at bathroom, all metal boxes must be grounded at time of inspection, missing blocking/backing at bathroom for toilet & showers, install a stud shoe at 2x6 stud at bathroom, pressure treated plate is required for kitchen island and at bathroom, a smoke detector is required in the hallway, missing receptacles at master bedroom-receptacles are required within 6'of a door opening and spaced no more than 12' apart. A wall at 2' or greater also requires receptacles. Submit a revision for the double shower and missing greywater. | |
