Inspection History: COT - RSBU - Residential Intermediate may include Framing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and/or Mechanical work. Only one inspection may be attached for all trades for final rough-in.

Over notched stud in bathroom needs stud-shoe. Open chase in kitchen needs to be sealed. Outdoor lighting needs to be grounded to metal boxes. All penetrations in vapor barrier need to be sealed. Range power supply needs to be made up in a box, return air box needs support on 3 sides. DWV are dry and tubs are dry. Exhaust in master bathroom needs proper termination to exterior of house. Exhaust fans need power supply ran to them. | |
