Smoke detector needs to be 6" away horizontal and vertically from the wall. Fire foam top penetrations. Top plates that been over notched need to have a 16 gage strap with minimum 8 nails on each end. Studs that been over notched due to plumbing need to have stud shoes. Hallway needs to be 36" at final. Receptacle at island are not in place. plans also call for a gas line to be installed. Too many issues. STOPPED INSPECTION. 11/14/2023

Re-inspection required 11/20/23: 1,load the roof. 2, approved plans not on site. 3, remove all trash/construction debris from site. 4, hallway framing will not result in a minimum 36" finish wall. 5, block all over-cut openings in the OSB shear wall. 6, support both ends of 4-gang elect boxes. 7, outlets are required on the wall within 6 feet of door opening. 8, fresh air intake is within 10 feet of a vent

Not Ready 12/5/23: remove or contain all construction debris on site, over-notched bearing wall studs in front of bathroom, support flex duct every 4 feet with approved strap material (duct can not be supported by trusses or any other trades, flex duct size and register boxes do not match approved plans.
