5-22-26: expose pockets throughout exterior underground plumbing to verify piping, tracer wire, excavation depth. For all underground plumbing underneath slab a snake with camera will be required to verify proper flow and contains no blockages. A certified licensed plumber is required to perform test. Provide all results/ reports upon re-inspection and upload them to the city for review. Expose sewer for same. All underground plumbing together with sewer requires a pressure test. |

7/17/26: Sewer line is running parallel to footing within the 45 degree bearing plane. Rough soil will need to be re-done and have approved fittings and have appropriate slope for discharge. Areas that were not exposed will need to be snaked with cameras verify slope and fitting directions, multiple fittings in wall not installed in correct position. Boca plates required throughout where plumbing/mechanical/electrical come within 1 1/4" from face of stud. All penetrations at top plate must be properly sealed, over notched studs must be addressed, over notched top plates must be addressed, properly support DWV in wall and above ceiling, properly support pex lines, fully expose sewer connection outside of home, permit required for laundry room sewer run |
