5-22-26: This job relates to a Code Enforcement Case/ Building without permits-provide truss calculations, add anchor bolts are marked locations, tighten all anchor bolts, anchor bolts are required within 12" at the end each exterior plate and 2 anchor bolts are required within 12" on each side of a splice, add shot pins to marked locations, provide a letter from a licensed contractor documenting exterior sheathing together with roof nailing was done per plans & meets the 2024 IRC-submit letter to the city as an attachment for review & approval, missing backing at the restroom.
