10-9-25: cut cleanouts to grade, weather resistant receptacles are required on exterior, seal water closets, arch fault breakers are required for all habitable areas to include, bedroom, living room, kitchen, hallway, using a permanent marker, write" non metallic plumbing " inside of panel, add R3 insulation to hose bibs and hot water leg of water heater & complete grounding at water heater. An enclosure protecting the water heater from the elements is required, install metallic address label on panel, install an address identification near front door identifying unit, complete all plumbing and install kitchen and bathroom fixtures, missing water bonding-see plans for details, seal around the exterior light fixture to where no electrical wirings are accessible. |
