7-15-25: firefoam all penetrations at top plates, DWV must be under test including shower or tub, install mud ring for UFER on the exterior and re-adjust acorn allowing for access, a 12" clearance is required between can lights and pex-either move pex away allowing for required clearance or block using osb, plywood, 2x4 or drywall. Add straps or clamps to secure all DWV. |
