7/25/24: gutters must be completed, Light fixtures must be installed, door bell must be installed, kitchen Circuit 31 keeps tripping at breaker, light switch at entry not working properly, entry receptacle missing per plans, exhaust fans in bathroom not functioning properly, receptacles missing at kitchen, kitchen wiring not complete, high loop at dishwasher not properly installed, water hammer arrestor missing at dishwasher, receptacle at water heater must be GFCI, garage receptacles must be GFCI, vacuum breaker at hose bib missing, wiring by electrical panel not made up, no roof access, exterior garage lights missing, revision must be sent in to show that sub panel was eliminated. egress at windows not met (fixed windows at bedrooms) |
