6-18-25: paint all exterior plastic including any plastic on rooftops, seal both water closets, lower thermostat height to 48" o.c., install light bulb on exterior light fixture. Unit 2-install anti-tip device at stove, lower thermostat to 48" o.c., paintball exterior plastic, seal both water closets, insulate copper hose bibs, and wrap using 10 mil tape, provide an updated panel schedule for unit 2-showing disposal. |
