8/15/23: provide new plans and a electric page, UF cable required in conduit under slab, open up 1 side of bathroom walls for inspection, provide minimum 30" of platform on the working side of air handler, provide attic access in bedroom to air handler and reroute all duct in the way, ground all metal boxes, move smoke det 3 feet from register, seal all gaps at top of wall against the existing brick, incorrect nail plates at top & bottom plates to protect ABS. |
