All pipes above ground has to be either schedule 80 or emt. Move smoke detector down along with box for fan to be flushed at drywall stage. Provide nail plates at all that are less than an 1 1/4" from the face of the stud. Add missing receptacle at middle wall from door entry. Provide DWV test. Provide exhaust fan. Move over insta hot provide disconnect box for it. Seal off all top penetrations. Provide clean out at laundry. 3/3/2026 |
