3-26-25, drywall already taped/textured. Unable to verify grounding/bonding because of drywall. Therefore, you have a few options to satisfy code requirements. Remove drywall and schedule required inspections or submit a letter by the general contractor to the city for review and approval stating that construction was made per approved plans and meets the 2018 International Residential Code. This option(s) is required before certificate of completion or Cof O can be issued. |
