Re-inspection required 4-22-26: add supports to flex at 4' intervals, fix tears to flex at marked locations, add fire foam to top plate penetrations at marked areas, add plastic bushings to protect feeders at subpanels, missing metallic addressing labeling at main panel and install disconnects.

Re-inspection required 4-22-26: texted poc at called 631am asking for access to site but didn't revive an answer. I then called at 636 and again received no answer. I left site at 650. Reschedule inspections.
