09/24/2025 COT - RSBU - Exterior/Interior Clips/Sheathing/Framing Re-inspection required (with fee) 9-24-25: add shot pins within 6" at the end of each sill plate, wrong straps used at post to beams-CS16 straps are required, 8-16D nails are required at the garage top plate splice, missing A34'S-see A6 Box Header detail, Screws/ nails at SW2 not per plan throughout, also exterior sheathing contains numerous over penetrated nails-add nails to sheathing where over penetrated more than 1/16", add nails on 2nd floor sill to decking-shear walls add 4 nails per cell and 2 for non-shear walls.
09/26/2025 COT - RSBU - Exterior/Interior Clips/Sheathing/Framing Re-inspection required 9/26/25: No access to house ( all windows and doors are boarded up), exterior sheathing must have fasteners spaced per schedule, fasteners shall not be closer than 3/8" from edge and shall not penetrate more than 1/8". Please recall inspection when boards are removed as some are covering hold downs and interior shear walls must also be inspected.
09/29/2025 COT - RSBU - Exterior/Interior Clips/Sheathing/Framing Re-inspection required 9/29/25: sheathing must be fastened per schedule, fasteners shall not penetrate more than 1/8", fasteners shall not be closer than 3/8" from edge, blocking required at edges of sheathing, anchors bolts required @32" o.c, (2) Anchor bolts required at sill plate 12" or larger, anchor bolts 12" from edge of sill plate max or 7 times the bolt diameter min. fasteners at 2nd floor sill plate to deck not complete. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED.
