Electrical lines exceeding the cubic inches in pancake box right of garage. Add nail plates to electrical lines right of garage entry along with other marked areas in red. Add blocking to pex lines being to close to light housing. Missing smoke detector outside of bedroom 1st floor. Missing pancake box for light/fan in bedroom 1st floor. Remove all electrical wires from gusset plates. Secure ABS midway. Lower t-stat at 48”. Secure looped romex throughout. Secure orange tubing in place. Jacket for 6 awg has been damaged near pantry. Secure line sets midway. Seal all exterior penetrations. Missing receptacle at double lav second floor bathroom hall. Secure fresh air intake. Add blocking at 4gang boxes.
