Construction is complete. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures are installed and fully functional. Electrical panel is properly labeled for breaker identification and non-metallic plumbing pipes. AFCI & GFCI Breakers are installed in electrical panel as required for bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, exterior outlets, and garage outlets. Exterior lights are installed per plan and city regulations. Okay to issue Certificate of Occupancy for this permit and property. |
