In the field, add 4' gable end bracing at great room & at bedroom 3-see detail 301, add 3" x 3" washers at all shear walls, add backing/blocking 9" above rim of tub, add a cs20 strap at back patio post to beam, add rsp4's to marked locations, add anchor bolts along exterior walls where unable to add a minimum of 7 nails at masa clips. |
