Section 403 states that changes in level shall comply with Section 303. The threshold in the garage entryway does not comply with 303.2 and 303.3. Threshhold is over 1/2", and is not beveled. See attached image.
-There are unsatisfied conditions on the permit that need to be satisfied prior to final inspection.
07/28/2026 ENGR Engineering Final Not Ready HCS Cap is not fixed. Threshold at Accessible Route Entryway does not comply.
