11-13-25: add anchor bolts within north side at splice-a/b must be no closer than 5/8" from edge, nailing can be no closer than 3/8 from edges & cannot over-penetrate more than 1/8". Check shear walls spacing throughout-shear wall cannot be cut for trades. Replace and nail per plans, loose roof panels throughout, add shot pins within 6" of each end of inyerior plates-check spacing. STOPPED INSPECTION-ADDRIONAL ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
