6/17/25: 3"x3" washer plates must be installed at time of intermediate inspection at garage shear wall (please expose sill plate behind thermoply at shear wall garage to verify), seal all penetrations through vapor barrier, add supports at DWV every 4' for horizontal runs, add nails at FHA at kitchen hood over notched top plate, seal penetrations through top plate, thermostat shall be no higher than 48" o.c, secure nm cable 12"from box, A/C disconnect supply must terminate outside, seal sleeve for island counter. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. ONLY FIRST FLOOR WAS WALKED. |
