6-3-25: add nails to CS20 straps on south & north sides, add nails to CS20 strapping at posts to beams- 10 nails above /below interconnecting points, all 1/2" shear wall anchors require 3x3" washer plates, add shot pins at marked location, add nails throughout edge/joints at rim board, and nails where overpenetrated sheathing more than 1/8".STOPPED INSPECTION-ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |

Add nails to loose shear wall at upstairs west side and nails to sill plate to decking at marked locations, add CS20 with 10 nails above/below interconnecting points on northwest side.Add anchor bolts and 3x3" washer plates to porch shear walls-See Detail S4-Note A for spacing requirements, missing gable bracing at garage& porch -See SD-3-Detail 7. Provide truss calculations on reinspect. |
