7-21-25: add nails to sheathing where over penetrated and along edges/joint 6" o.c./12" in the field (nailing along joints/edges can be no closer than 3/8" from edges/joints and cannot over penetrate sheathing more than 1/16"),add shot pins within 6 " of the end of plate and every 24" o.c. thereafter, remove sheathing on at least one side on back patio columns to verify anchor bolts, add RSP4's to back patio on each side of post to beam, and provide truss calculations. |
