6/18/24: GFCI/AFCI missing throughout house (verify all breakers and receptacles), insulation at A/C condenser refrigerant lines must be wrapped for UV protection, 90 degree fitting required at both T&P and air handler condensate drain, T&P shall not terminate higher than 6" AFF and no less than 2x pipe diameter, receptacle spacing at counter top in kitchen not code complaint E3901.4.1, receptacle spacing in bedrooms not per plan E3901.2.1, smoke detector required in the immediate vicinity of the bedroom R314.3, cap at grey water required, p-trap at air handler not draining, air handler is being over amped (please mark installed heat-kit at label), dishwasher high loop must be secured, bedroom 3 has no power to receptacles, bathroom at south end of home has no power at light fixtures and exhaust fan, exhaust fan at master bath not properly functioning. |
