6/12/25: coat all plastic exterior piping for UV protection, secure communication conduit at wall, 3" clearance required at A/C condenser from earth, properly secure Liquid tight at A/C disconnect, gray water clean outs must be cut to grade, thermostat shall be no higher than 48" above finish floor, hot water line at water heater must be insulated, water closet at west end requires 15" clearance from sides to centerline of water closet, 30" clearance for attic access in height required, Air handler label must be marked to verify min/max amp, clean out missing at master bedroom. |
