4-21-25, Because home is already lathed, you must submit a letter to the city for review/approval. The letter must indicate that framing was done per approved plans and meets the 2018 IRC. Furthermore, the documentation is intended to address items not currently visible such as, RSP's, straps, masa clips, and anything that pertains to structural components. Schedule a framing reinspection and add anchor bolts throughout-elevation B calls a/b's at 32" o.c., nail down A-35's, add shot pins at marked locations. Additional items may be noted and no further construction is permitted until advised. |
