The side gate for this property has not been installed at this time and will need to be installed prior to the release of the site. The drainage swale for the east side of the property from the backyard to the front yard has been dug too deep and there are vertical edges along the length at the various locations between the backyard gate and the north east corner of the house. Ensure that all drainage patterns for the site are completed per the approved plans and that there are no steep grades that may be considered a safety issue. Reschedule this inspection for the first part of next week once all work has been completed. |
