Mechanical equipment is installed and operational. Dead front on electrical panel needs to be properly installed so breakers are aligned with edge of opening. All romex wire sleeves used for labeling circuits must be removed from inside of electrical panel. Clean-outs need to be cut down to grade. |

All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures are installed and fully operational. Okay to issue Certificate of Occupancy once all other departments have completed their inspections. |
