10/2/2026 nailing cannot penetrate more than an 1/8" throughout all shear walls. Add nails to loose shear marked areas. Add draft stopping at all empty cavities. Add 2x studs between floor trusses to provide the continuous loads from the second floor. Missing exterior shear at east end behind garage shear. Ensure shear continues through belly band per detail 2/SD2. Add shear above at belly band section east end above 10' shear wall. Per detail SD2/12 ledger is not the correct size or nailing to each stud. Add 2x's at marked areas underneath floor trusses. Add hanger to flor truss near stair. Add 2x's at both ends for front end of house girder trusses. Ensure they are all continuous. Stopped inspection other items may apply. Note: second floor was not walked. |
