Holdowns at garage have more than an 1” blowout. Engineer fix is required. Belly band requires nails at every 3”. Provide anchor bolts at marked locations due to compromised masa clips. Second floor t ply provide 3” o.c staples. Loose shear at primary room. Provide missing screws to trusses marked areas. Provide nails at bottom plate shear wall second floor per schedule. Add nails from trimmer to king studs per schedule. Add coil strap west wall perimeter to shear wall. Provide nails at exterior walls per schedule. Properly install deflector screws. 7/30/2026 |
