Water service lines are exposed on the customer side of the meter, these need backfilled. Private sewer clean out (KN 3) is either missing or buried, this needs to be traffic rated if it's in the driveway. Private 2-way clean outs (KN 11) are missing or buried. Curb cut is supposed to be reduced to 14-0 (KN 4), this has not been done. Sidewalk connection ROW to building (KN 15)has been excluded. Electrical service panels are open with exposed wiring, not currently in a safe condition. These items need to be completed or a revised site plan showing the as-built conditions needs to be submitted to Planning and Development for review and approval. |
