7/15/26: clean out must be cut to grade and capped, knock out at main panel must be sealed, panel schedule must be legible (marker is fading away at multiple circuits at panel), (2) AFCI circuits at panel keep tripping, PRV must be properly terminated ( no more than 6" AFF), weep screed clearance from grade shall be no less the 4", post tension tag required at hose bib, refrigerant caps missing at hvac condenser, non-metallic piping required to be marked at panel, receptacles must be re-checked due to circuits being off (multiple receptacles dead throughout), light fixtures in master bathroom not properly functioning, garbage disposal switch must be properly mounted, receptacles in laundry room must be GFCI, dryer box must display duct run on label, accessible door in garage has non compliant threshold, remove paint off 20-minute fire rated door at garage, garage door shall be self latching, properly support b-vent off of truss 6" min for single wall pipe, |
