2. First bedroom on the left, corner wall joint has blue romex running outside studs, marked with 2 red arrows.
3. Thermostat wire is too high.
4. Exhaust duct in master bath needs to be sealed
5. Top plate wall separating kitchen garage needs to be sealed, I labeled stud in red "seal".
