12-16-24, missing bracing on truss H10A on W7& on each side of W8. Nail down all h-25's on interior load bearing walls by intermediate inspection. Also,Unable to check roof nailing. Roof is partially loaded with several rolls of tar paper and a pellet of materials over garage area. Therefore, submit a letter to the city stating roof nailing meets code requirements/ nailed per approved plans or remove items and reschedule an inspection. If you opt for the letter then it shall be submitted as an attachment to the city for review/approval. It must be approved prior to issuing a C of O. |

12/18/24 bracing at truss H10A have been made. either a letter accepting responsibility for the roof must be submitted, stamped, and approved before final or tar paper along with other materials on roof must be taken off for re inspection off roof nailing. |
