Bottom plate is properly secured to concrete floor with titanium bolts, red heads, cut nails, shot pins, or masa clips. Shear wall clips and hold downs are properly nailed to studs and bolted to concrete floor through bottom plate. Plywood sheathing for shear walls are properly secured to studs per plan requirements. Okay to proceed with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in. |
