Building is complete. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical fixtures are installed and fully functional, GFCI receptacles are installed in kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. AFCI breakers are installed in electrical panel for all bedrooms. Gas stove has anti-tip device and is functioning properly. Okay to issue Certificate of Occupancy after all other departments sign off on their inspections. |
