9-24-24: missing bathroom/shower reinforcement, shot pins must be installed within 6" at the end of each plate & spaced at 24" o.c., add anchor bolts where installed closer than in the middle third of sill plate-tighten all anchor bolts, exterior nailing at sheathing not per plans-add nails add joints/edges. Nails can be no close than 3/8" from edges/joints and cannot over penetrate more than 1/16", missing H-25's at ledger-see detail H, Nail H-25 at entryway, add nails throughout roof decking-checking spacing and add nails where overpenetrated. |
