9-25-26 anchor bolts are required at no more than 12 inches no less than 3 inches from edge of loadbearing wall as well as no more than 12 inches no less than 3 inches from splices, provide anchor bolts at marked locations* shot pins are required to be no more than 6 inches from edge of non-loadbearing walls in 32 inches on center and any sill plate that is 12 inches or more required two shot pins, add shot pins at Marked locations. All locations are not marked please re-walk and add shot pins throughout.* trimmer to King stud around all window openings require (2)16 D nails 8" o.c. throughout, missing at all window openings* STHD-10 hold down at east side shear wall (SW11)shall be attached to exterior sheathing. STOPED INSPECTION AT THIS TIME. MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. TRUSS CALCS AND ROOF NAILING WAS NOT WALKED |
