4-20-26: seal penetrations at top plates throughout, seal any horizontal penetrations throughout, add a Boca plate behind tubs, add osb/plywood a shower liner test, fix tear at flex at bedroom 3 and at additional marked locations, ground metallic pancake box at exterior light fixture with a green screw,add plastic bushing at sub panel to protect feeder, add cripple stud at water heater platform, frame out/add a platform for HVAC units to sit on, anchor bolts are required within 6" at the ends of plate and spaced 32" o.c. ( see plans ) add a stud shoe to 2x6 at corner of laundry room ( non load bearing walls cannot be over notched more than 40%). Stopped inspection-additional items may be noted. |
