9/28/26: add shot pins to load bearing walls at 24" o.c. Or anchor bolts-see schedule, add shot pins 6" within the ends of each plate and max spacing at 32" o.c., nail shot pins flush to sill plate, add anchor bolts to marked locations with washers, missing RSP4's at north side of house, add nails to SW's at marked locations and where over sunk more than 1/16", add nails to top plate splices-see plans for details. Provide ladder for roof access & full set of truss calcs. Stopped inspection additional items may be noted. |
