12-11-25: missing nails on exterior sheathing at a few locations- plans call for 6" o.c. Along edges and 12" o.c. In the field, add shot pins within 6" at the ends of plate, add backing at bathtub-see plans for details, add an anchor bolt at marked location north wall, add nails to lose roof panels at marked areas, add gable end bracing at center-cannot exceed 25'. |
