11-26-25: block 4-gang box at main entry at back unit, add Boca plate behind kitchen exhaust at each of the unit's bathrooms, tape rips to flex on back unit above laundry and at the flex north side of kitchen exhaust, add firefoam to penetration at north side exterior light fixture of back unit, lath not complete, breakers not labeled, and provide set of approved plans. Reinspection required and note that additional items may be added. |
