5-21-25, underground plumbing verified per plans. However, trench shall be free of debris, rocks, loose dirt, and all plumbing joints must be visible. Rocky unstable soil shall be over excavated by two pipe diameters and brought to grade with suitable compacted granular material. See P2604.1 of the IRC. |
