Re-inspection required 10/18/24: outdoor lighting at garage is exceeding box fill at box (6 Cubic inches), chase at garage north east wall must be sealed, b-vent requires 1" clearance from combustibles, seal all penetrations going through 2nd floor decking, seal all openings at vapor barrier at garage between floors north east wall, gas pressure test failed, seal all underground sleeves at kitchen, thermostats shall be no higher than 54" above finish floor at finals, seal all penetrations through vapor barrier throughout, NM cabling sheathing must extend 1/2" into box (at great room west wall), receptacle spacing at downstairs bedroom not per code E3901.2.1, nail plates required throughout (anywhere plumbing,electrical,mechanical comes within 1 1/4" of stud face), seal all penetrations through top plate, DWV not under test at 2nd floor, properly secure NM Cable 12" from box at upstairs bedroom 2, secure orange sleeve at 2nd floor attic, seal all chases on second floor, remove debris from attic, knockout at stair way lighting must be sealed.
